Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Yu by Si Jie ("we", "us", "the Company"), a restaurant located at 400 South Rampart Boulevard, Suite 190, Las Vegas, Nevada 89145. By accessing this website or submitting a reservation request or message through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Reservation requests

A reservation submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A table is reserved only once we confirm it to you, normally by email. We may decline, alter or cancel a request — for example where capacity, service times or circumstances beyond our control require it.

Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. If your plans change, cancel or amend your reservation as early as you can so the table can be released to another guest.

Any dietary requirement, allergy or accessibility need you tell us about will be reviewed by the team, and we will reply to confirm what we are able to do. Submitting a note does not by itself guarantee that a particular request can be met.

Menu, pricing and availability

Dishes shown on this website are photographs of work from our kitchen. They are illustrative and do not constitute a menu or an offer. Menu items, ingredients, availability and pricing change with the season and with supply, and are confirmed only in the restaurant at the time of service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent reservation requests, or make bookings you do not intend to honour.
• Use this website's forms to send unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing or unsolicited commercial content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its systems or its data, or to interfere with its normal operation.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or overload this website.

We may refuse service, decline requests or block access where these terms are breached.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, layout, the Yu by Si Jie name and marks — is owned by the Company or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to this website. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our photographs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Third-party links and embedded content

This website links to and embeds third-party services, including map content served by Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your information, which is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that opening dates, service times, menu information or availability described here will remain unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.

Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the county and state in which the Company's principal place of business is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and the Company waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

If any portion of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder of this section shall remain in effect; however, the prohibition on class, collective, or representative proceedings is non-severable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that the arbitration provision above is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, particularly as the restaurant opens and its services develop. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when they were last changed, and continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding this website.
